 Gulf Compressor Synthetic DE Lubricants are diester based full synthetic lubricants for use primarily in compressor service.

Gulf Compressor Synthetic DE Lubricants have exceptional high temperature stability and designed to provide extra long life service, higher efficiency and improved cleanliness compared to other types. They have a low coefficient of friction and very good flow at low temperatures. Benefits include:

NOTE: Care must be taken that seals, gaskets, hoses, plastics and paints are compatible with diester fluids.

Recommended – Viton, High Nitrile Buna N, Teflon, Epoxy Paint, Oil-Resistant Alkyd, Nylon, Delrin, Celcon, PBT

 

Not Recommended – Neoprene, SBR Rubber, Low Nitrile Buna N, Acrylic Paint, Lacquer, Polystyrene, PVC, ABS

 

APPLICATIONS:

Gulf Compressor Synthetic DE Lubricant 32 or 68 are recommended for use in rotary screw and vane compressors. 100 or 150 grades are recommended for use in reciprocating compressors and some vacuum pumps. All grades are compatible with air, nitrogen, carbon dioxide (dry), carbon monoxide, helium, hydrogen, sulfur hexafluoride, hydrocarbons (to include methane/natural gas, propane, butane, ethylene, butadiene), furnace crack gas and synthesis gas.

WARNING:
Causes skin irritation. Causes eye irritation. Wash after handling. Wear protective gloves/ protective clothing/ eye protection. IF ON SKIN, wash with plenty of soap and water. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If skin irritation occurs: Get medical advice/attention. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention. Take off contaminated clothing and wash before reuse. Dispose of contents/ container to an approved waste disposal plant.
