DIN 51524 | Part I & II |
AFNOR NF E 48-603 | Part I & II |
U.S. Steel | No. 126, 127, 136 |
SAE | MS 1004 |
APPLICATIONS
These LUBRIPLATE Hydraulic Oils are designed for high performance, anti-wear hydraulic operations. These products minimize the formation of sludge and other corrosive breakdown products which can cause reduction of pump life, filter blocking, and interfere with efficient hydraulic power transfer. This is especially true of Servo valves in modern equipment where the close tolerances between valve assemblies can be hindered by even very low concentrations of sludge. These LUBRIPLATE “HO” Oils are also designed to resist the hydrolyzation of the combination of additives, high operating temperatures and the unavoidable, ever-present, moisture in hydraulic systems which, if not controlled, causes corrosion in phosphor-bronze parts and reduces the anti-wear performance, thus reducing pump life significantly.
ADVANTAGES
High performance anti-wear properties
Oxidation and thermal stability
Excellent filterability in fine filtration systems
Demulsibility
Hydrolytic stability for extended fluid life
Extended pump life
Resistance to yellow metal corrosion.
