General Description

MILES SOL KUT HD is a heavy duty BIOSTABLE soluble oil concentrate containing a chlorinated additive for difficult machining operations. This product was designed to be extended with water for the machining and grinding of virtually all metals except magnesium. MILES SOL KUT HD is excellent on high silicon aluminum alloys.

Application

MILES SOL KUT HD is designed for use in all metalworking applications such as CNC milling, turning, drilling, tappin
and grinding. MILES SOL KUT HD is also excellent on cast iron and sawing applications.

Mixing Instructions

 

When mixing coolant, it is best to use an automatic proportioner which accurately and thoroughly mixes coolant. To maintain recommended concentration, make-up or top-off should be added at one-half of the desired concentration. N ever add concentrate d irectly to the machine; this could cause invert ed emulsions. WARNING:
Causes skin irritation. Causes eye irritation. Wash after handling. Wear protective gloves/ protective clothing/ eye protection. IF ON SKIN, wash with plenty of soap and water. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If skin irritation occurs: Get medical advice/attention. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention. Take off contaminated clothing and wash before reuse. Dispose of contents/ container to an approved waste disposal plant.
