CO-120FG Extreme is a synthetic high-temperature food grade chain oil built to excel in extreme conditions. White solid lubricants are used in place of graphite solutions, which helps to improve food safety and avoid the contamination that comes with black particles. CO-120FG Extreme is used to lubricate chains operating at temperatures up to 1,202 °F. It also offers good wetting properties and excellent penetration with high dispersion stability.
CO-120FG Extreme chain oil can be used for the lubrication of transport chains operating in the food processing industry at very high temperatures, e.g. plate carrier chains in baking ovens, commonly found in bread, tortilla and pizza production lines.
