MILES SYN-GEAR S HD Series is a premium synthetic gear lubricant engineered for heavy-load, high-temperature, and severe-service applications. Formulated with enhanced extreme-pressure (EP) additives, it provides excellent lubricity, very high film strength, and reliable protection against wear under demanding operating conditions. 

Its advanced formulation is designed to deliver long fluid life while helping control carbon and varnish deposits, disperse contaminants, and resist water contamination. MILES SYN-GEAR S HD Series is available in ISO VG 100, 150, 220, 320, 460, and 680 viscosity grades, providing lubrication solutions for a broad range of industrial gear systems and operating conditions. 

The appropriate viscosity grade should be selected based on the equipment manufacturer's recommendations, operating temperature, load conditions, and gear design.
