RENOLIT REPLEX greases are lithium complex thickened greases formulated with pure virgin base oils, a heavy-duty extreme-pressure/anti-wear additive system, and a corrosion/oxidation inhibiting additive package. They have a long track record of proven field performance, providing protection in heavy industrial, commercial, automotive, mining, and other severe applications. RENOLIT REPLEX greases are extremely shear stable, have excellent pumpability, and are usable across a very broad range of applications.

Main applications

• Heavy industrial applications subject to high heat, loads, shear, and water conditions
• Bearings, bushings, gibs, and ways where heavy loads and severe sliding action occur
• Mining/construction applications: hitch pins of large haul trucks, shackle pins, king pins on buckets, excavators, shovels, and loaders

Handling and storage
