Shell Rotella ELC NF 50/50 antifreeze/coolant is a “Fill for Life” ethylene glycol based coolant. It is based on proven Shell ROTELLA ELC NF OAT technology for extended life operation up to 600,000 miles/12,000 hours in medium and heavy duty diesel, gasoline, and natural gas vehicles and up to 150,000 miles in passenger cars and light duty trucks. Nitrite free formulation provides improved protection of aluminium components in modern engines including brazed aluminium heat exchangers and meets many of the newest OEM specifications. ROTELLA ELC NF Pre-Diluted 50/50 is pre-diluted and ready to use. It requires no further dilution.

Shell ROTELLA ELC NF 50/50 is designed for commercial and passenger car engines operating on diesel, gasoline, natural gas, propane, LPG or methane based waste gas.

General Motors GM 6277M equivalent coolants will reduce or eliminate the extended life properties.

Using the proven OAT technology found in Shell ROTELLA ELC 50/50 in a nitrite free formulation, Shell ROTELLA ELC NF 50/50 provides the same protection levels of Shell ROTELLA ELC 50/50 with corrosion control and cooling system protection up to 600,000 miles/12,000 hours in commercial operation or 150,000 miles in passenger cars and trucks with no Extender needed.
