MILES COMP CLEANER (5 GAL PAIL)

MILES COMP CLEANER is a premium, fast-acting concentrated cleaner designed for use in compressor systems. When added to compressor lubricants, it effectively removes carbon, varnish, and other hydrocarbon-related deposits, helping maintain system cleanliness and optimize compressor performance.

For standard cleaning applications, MILES COMP CLEANER is recommended at a ratio of 1 part concentrate to 10 parts lubricant. For heavily varnished compressors, it may be used at a ratio of 1 part concentrate to 5 parts lubricant to provide enhanced cleaning effectiveness.

PROCEDURE

1. 1. Add MILES COMP CLEANER to existing fluid (1 part MILES COMP CLEANER to 5 parts existing fluid).
2. 2. Run to temperature for 2 to 24 hours depending on how heavily varnished/carboned the compressor.
3. 3. Drain fluid completely.
4. 4. WATCH FOR AND REPLACE CLOGGED FILTERS.
5. 5. Repeat if necessary.
6. 6. Refill compressor with new fluid
