Product description

RENOLIN UNISYN CLP is a fully synthetic, PAO-based industrial gear oil with increased ageing stability, very good load-carrying capacity, and excellent wear protection. It provides high micropitting resistance, good air release, and very good filtration behaviour. It fulfils and surpasses the minimum requirements of DIN 51517-3: CLP; ISO 6743-6 and ISO 12925-1: CKC, CKD, CKE, CKSMP; and AGMA 9005/E02: EP.

Main applications

• Lubrication of gears and bearings requiring a wide operating temperature range with extremely low viscosity at low temperatures
• ISO VG 220 and 320 grades are used in wind turbine applications
• Highly-stressed straight and spiral bevel gears, worm gears, planetary gears, and heavily loaded bearings, even at short-term peak temperatures up to 150°C

Handling and storage

Store in tightly closed containers in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and incompatible materials. When stored under these conditions, use within the manufacturer's recommended shelf life.
