Product description

PLANTOSYN 68 HVI is an environmentally friendly hydraulic and circulating oil based on synthetic saturated esters. It is rapidly biodegradable (OECD 301 B > 60%) and provides high wear protection, good seal and non-ferrous metal compatibility, and excellent oxidation stability. It fulfils the requirements of HEES hydraulic oils according to DIN ISO 15380 and HVLP according to DIN 51524-3, and has been awarded the EU Ecolabel.

Main applications

• Mobile and stationary hydraulic systems requiring a rapidly biodegradable HEES hydraulic oil per DIN ISO 15380 (e.g. agriculture and forestry)
• Can be used where unsaturated, synthetic esters have failed

Handling and storage

Store in tightly closed containers in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and incompatible materials. Oil sump temperature range -30°C to 100°C or higher; observe DIN ISO 15380 changeover guidelines.
