Miles® Hydrochloric Acid (also called muriatic acid) is a clear, colorless to slightly yellow solution of hydrogen chloride in water with a sharp, pungent odor. Technical grade is typically supplied at about 31–32%.
It is used for acidizing and descaling, metal pickling, pH control and neutralization, and chemical processing. It is highly corrosive and gives off irritating fumes, so use it only with proper ventilation and protective equipment.
